Production time:
Engraved pendants
We aim to produce your pendant within 2 to 3 working days of you placing your order.
Please note this does not include Saturday or Sunday.
It would be realistic to expect 7 days to have passed between ordering and receiving an order in the UK.
And probably 14 days if ordering from outside the UK.
This is not a term of sale as we have no control over Royal Mail.
Colour pendants require an extra 24 hours to allow the coating to dry.
Order dispatch:
We send all orders,(except Petrol Lighters), by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for Delivery.
This arrives usually the following day after dispatch. A person has to be present to sign for the package.
If you notice the package has been tampered with refuse to accept it and email [email protected]
You will receive an email to say your order has been dispatched. It has a tracking number for the Royal Mail tracking service
Overseas orders; outside the UK
We send all orders by Royal Mail Signed for “Airmail”.
These will be delivered by your local postal service.

Delivery can take between 5 and 10 working days; depending on your country’s postal service.
Petrol Lighters can not be sent by Royal Mail. We use a courier service to deliver this item.
Please note petrol lighters can not be sent outside of the UK; the transportation of these products is forbidden.
